What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?

Renters must be 21 years and older. Drivers under 25 may rent with approval from the company. Drivers 25 and older can rent freely.

Is there a required interval between bookings?

Yes, there must be a minimum 3-hour interval between bookings to allow for vehicle preparation and inspection.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes! We’re happy to offer the following discounts:

5% off – 3 days

10% off – 7 days

15% off – 15 days

20% off – 30 days
Plus, the 7th day is free on a 6-day rental!

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?

Shortest trip: 3 days

Longest trip: As long as you need (extensions can be arranged upon request)

How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?

Sales tax of 7.38% applies to all rentals.
Coupons and discounts are applied to the base rate before tax.

Additional fees may be charged during or after the rental if necessary (for example: smoking, tolls, tickets, towing, or impound fees). Customers will always be notified in advance if any such charges occur.

How many miles are included with the rental?

Each rental includes 250 miles per day.
An unlimited mileage option is also available for all cars — perfect for long-distance trips!

What are your standard business hours?

Our hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees for each?

Normally, our company doesn’t provide delivery services.
However, delivery and pickup may be considered with advanced notice and prior agreement.

Within 25 miles: $50 for rentals under a week

Free delivery/pickup within 25 miles for rentals of a week or more

Over 25 miles: handled on a case-by-case basis

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Pick-up: 2-hour window (flexible with prior arrangement)

Return: 30-minute window unless otherwise agreed upon

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?

There’s no fixed schedule, but custom deliveries must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and approved by the company.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

Yes, remote pick-ups and returns can be arranged with advance notice.

Are there any important extra details renters should know?

Yes — for long-term rentals, we will contact you to schedule routine vehicle maintenance during your rental period.

Other details include:

Young Driver Fee: $200 (requires approval)

Pre-Paid Gas: $55

Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel

Late Fee: $25/day

Retrieval Fee: $100

Do you offer additional equipment or services?

Yes, case by case. Please ask in advance if you require any special equipment or services.

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?

Mileage overage rates are specified in your rental contract and typically range from $0.25–$0.35 per mile, depending on the vehicle.

What is the cost for an additional driver?

No charge for approved additional drivers!
Just make sure to notify us at least 25 hours in advance for approval.
Only the original renter may pick up the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers will result in a violation fee.

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?

🚭 Absolutely no smoking (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.) is permitted in our vehicles.
Please don’t try to mask smoke odors with fragrances — they can still be detected.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

Yes. All renters are responsible for tolls incurred during their rental period.
All vehicles have a UNI Pass Device.
Please advise us if you plan to use toll lanes.
We may not receive toll bills for 30–60 days; once you receive your invoice, please review and pay promptly.
Customers are responsible for all tolls, parking violations, and tickets accrued during their rental.

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

We ensure each vehicle is perfectly cleaned before your trip — please help us keep it that way.
A cleaning fee will only apply if the vehicle is returned in poor condition.

Cleaning Fee Breakdown:

Moderate Cleaning ($50): Mud, sand, bug debris, minor odors, or small spills

Heavy Cleaning ($100): Moderate stains, smoke odors, or heavy debris

Severe Cleaning ($150): Steam cleaning or full detailing due to significant damage

Pet Hair Removal ($150): For excessive pet hair

Multiple Issues Cleaning ($250): When several cleaning levels apply

Extremely Dirty: $200

Filthy: $300+

🐶 We love pets — just not in our rentals. Please keep your FURfriends at home.
🚭 No smoking of any kind. Any traces will incur a cleaning fee.
